Payment

We accept payment via Paypal and Internet Banking. Please pay promptly within 24 hours to ensure a successful transaction.

Shipping

All items will be shipped in a padded envelope with a complimentary gift box. We use registered mail which includes a tracking number but not insurance. Registered mail also requires a signature of confirmation when the postman delivers it to your address. If you would like your package to be insured, please let us know prior to your order so that we can give you a shipping quote.

We ship twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays. Local shipping should take less than a week and international shipping can take between 2-6 weeks depending on the postal services in the country. Please note before ordering that we cannot be held responsible for losses and delays in shipping due to customs or other circumstances but we will do our utmost to have your package securely packed and sent out promptly.

Our flat rate shipping fees are as follows:

Local Registered Mail - SGD5

International Registered Mail - SGD8

Purchases $80 and above (includes Local and International orders) - Enjoy complimentary registered mail on us!

Refunds and Exchanges

Please feel free to contact us within 3 days upon receiving your order should you be unhappy with your item and we will be glad to work something out with you. Due to the nature of jewellery and hygiene purposes, please note that we will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges for earrings and earstuds. Please also note that Sale items and Custom orders are non refundable nor exchangeable.   

However, your satisfaction is our priority and we would gladly help to rectify any issues you face so please feel free to contact us anytime should you face any issues.

Repairs

We offer complimentary repair on any of our handmade jewellery within 30 days of purchase. Depending on the extent or cause of damage, we may charge additional fees in which a quote will be provided beforehand. Do email us for further discussion should you have more queries.

On Jewellery Care and Packaging

Each item will be sent in a ziplock bag to help maintain its condition. Do avoid any contact with perfume, oils, and moisture if possible. If contact is made, pat dry and make sure the item is completely dry before storing it. It would be best to store each jewellery separately in its own bag when not wearing them. Do avoid cleaning your jewellery with wet or damp tissues but ensure that it is dry before storing it away.

Additional Matters

Please also note that the colour of the product is sometimes shown differently on different computer screens. We do our best to describe the colour of our jewellery as accurately as we can. If you need to clarify the colour or size before purchasing, please feel free to email us and we'd be more than happy to help clarify.
