Christmas Specials Part 1

Whew! Time has flown by since our last post in August... I'm a little embarrassed that I've not managed to update the blog and online shop as often as I'd hope but we've been up to our necks making and selling jewellery at our counters the past couple of months! My apologies and I promise to update more whenever I can. :)

Thankfully, we managed to get help for our counters recently and I finally have some free time to design and make some new pieces (as well as write this post)!

Just in time for Christmas, here are some designs that we'll be launching at our Tangs counter this coming weekend... I hope you'll like them as much as we do! :) 

P.s. I titled this post as Part 1 because we have more designs but I haven't had time to photograph them yet! 

We decided to do something a little different this Christmas and create something a little more sparkly for all the year end events. These cubic zirconia embellished ear hooks are made with 92.5% sterling silver and then plated with anti-tarnish high quality rhodium. These will not only last a long time in terms of quality but style as well as they are so effortless and chic. Drops are designer Korean glass that have been brilliantly cut to catch and reflect light for the right amount of twinkle. We have them in limited pieces in 5 gorgeous colours; lilac, fuchsia, emerald, onyx and sapphire. 

One of our signature vintage one of a kind designs. This lovely piece is made with a vintage 70s brooch as well as beautiful lapis lazuli stones. It was only after I made this did I realised that this could have been inspired by Kate Middleton's royal engagement ring. But the simple crystal floral brooch goes so well with the gold speckled blue stones, don't you think?

These might look familiar to some of you as we did a soft launch a couple of weeks back. We're really happy to say that they went really quick and we decided to continue with the range! On the left are some lovely vintage pieces that we've converted into pendant necklaces. We used either czech glass or vintage beads to match the pendants. They come limited as we only managed to get a couple in each design. On the right, we've created a new range of hair accessories. These flowers and vintage beads have been fixed to excellent quality hair barrettes made in France. We think it will definitely add a bit of romantic glamour to your hair. ;)

And last but not least... we have one more update to announce! Previously for our floral and vintage ear studs, we used rhodium posts which were suitable for those who had mild to moderate allergies. However, we don't want to leave any ladies out and we have decided to change all the posts of our ear studs to surgical steel posts. These posts are made in the USA and are hypoallergenic. These will also be made available at Tangs from this weekend onwards. :)
